Outline of the essay:

1 st --- Introduction

~ they battled each other for power

~ in fact, white people gain power after the  fight

they aimed at enjoying the benefits after both Chinese and the black losing  their authorities in society

~ argue the love presented in a boring way

 

2 nd

~ battles among different types of people are continuous and inevitable

~ many powerful leaders do something unethically in order to get greater power

~ many people worry about their life every day

 

3 rd

~ message---struggling for the authority will never come to a good ending

~ Ah Hong’s father is a good example

~ he was killed by his son lastly because of his cruel behaviors

~ his ambition leads him lose  his son forever

~ we should satisfy with the present condition and don’t have great ambition of battling for those unimportant authorities

~ otherwise, we will lose  some precious things

 

4 th

~ plot is about the love between Ah Hong and Jessie

~ the plot described their love in an unclear and boring way

~ it should add more plots to arouse the interest of audiences

~ I admire the ‘kung fu’ performed by Ah Hong
