    1. A sponsored walk generally will make good impression as it can draw attention from the media.
  1. Encouragement of the participation of students, teachers and parents

Each activity has different supporters. And each can build a sense of teamwork in certain extent.

    1. A fair can actively involve ¡¥most¡¦ of school. Students can help as being stall-holders, guides, organisers or collectors. Teachers or staff is responsible for planning while parents are helpers or stall-holders. In the survey, it shows that fair is the most students and teachers prefer fair.
    2. A musical concert which is too limited. Students can be performers, ushers or audience, teachers are audience as well as parents. In the survey, it showed that musical concert is not very popular among students and teachers.
    3. A sponsored walk which is also limited. Students, teachers and parents are usually walkers or sponsors. However, it¡¦s quite popular according to the survey.

(3) Relationship with community and public

Each activity can strengthen the relationship with the public, but in different extent.

    1. A fair can attract lots of support or participation, as there must be many visitors. The survey also showed that most of the members of the public like to join the fair.
    2. A musical concert can only get limited support or participation as most of our neighbours can only act as audiences. It is also not very popular by the survey.
    3. A sponsored walk can also get limited amount of support or participation. The main reason is that the sponsors may be absent and act as walkers. The survey showed that it was not very popular.
  1. Raising money for charity

Fair and sponsored walk can raise more money than concert.

    1. A fair can raise money in a large variety of ways such as entrance fees, renting food, selling food and fees for individual events. It has high potential to raise about $100,000.
    2. A musical concert can raise money only in limited way by selling ticket. Only about $500000 can be raised
    3. A sponsored walk provides limited way to raise money. Money can be raised from sponsorship and by selling T-shirts and hats. It has high potential to raise $75,000 to $100,000.
  1. Conclusion

All in all, a fair is recommended to be held as it can create a good image of our school. Moreover, it can also build a sense of teamwork and strengthen the school's relationship with community.
