It is a kind of respect not only to other people but their own self. They respect their own culture. Only by visiting to other countries, we can have a deeper understanding about the behavior of people there. We can have a direct contact with the local people and will have a more genuine feeling towards them. All these cannot be touched by just watching the TV programs about those countries. Understanding between different countries can also be boosted. People can learn from the personal experience during the trip.

On top of broadening the horizon, people like to have excitement and fun when they travel to other countries. They can visit some theme park like the Tokyo Disneyland in Japan. There are different facilities there for people of all ages . There are Toontown and Fantasy land for kids. Children can go the Minnie’s Hounse and join the Cinderella Castle Mystery Tour to have fun. For youth and adults, they can go to the Adventure Land, Western Land to enjoy themselves by playing the Tom Sawyer Island Rafts and Big Thunder Mountain etc. Moreover, if the people go to Thailand, they can visit the Phi Phi Islands. They can see many leopard sharks, whale shark, squid, cuttlefish and the whole range of tropical fish. Visitors must be very excited. Furthermore, they can go to the Anemone Reef which is covered with sea anemone. People will enjoy themselves in nature. With a trip to Australia, they will have a chance to visit the Art Gallery of Western Australia and the State Museum in Perth. The gallery has constantly been changing displays including Aboriginal art. People can also visit the Rocks, a historic site in Sydney. People will enjoy the trip very much.

However, are there any advantages of staying in Hong Kong?

In fact, we will find more comfortable and relaxed by just staying in Hong Kong during holidays. The trips, nowadays, will make people very tired after joining them. The travel agency will try to include as many tourist spots as possible in order to attract people joining them. The time for visiting a spot is little. People may not have a deeper understanding towards those spots they are visiting. Are those people really having relaxation and learning? For relaxation, we can simply stay at our place to listen to music or read books. We can also enjoy ourselves in a very relaxed state.

Moreover, we find poor hygiene in some countries, like Thailand. Food poisoning is the commonplace. It is not uncommon to hear the news that people get some diseases like cholera after travelling some Asian countries. It’s rather dangerous to visit to them. Staying in Hong Kong during holidays can secure a better hygiene. We will find safer to intake food. Besides, travelling aboard needs us to spend money. Having a 7-day trip to Japan will cost you around seven thousands dollars. However, we need not to spend any while staying in Hong Kong. We can save more money in other aspects say, buying a mini discman to listen to music.

All in all, people can choose their own ways to relax and have fun during the holidays. However, if people can afford visiting to other countries, it is worth going. With going to many different places and have more experience. We can have a better understanding towards the world, the place we are now living in. We can be more open-minded and mature.
